Everybody knows that beer and pizza just kinda go together. By that logic, great beer should go with… GREAT PIZZA. That’s why our founder worked on a crust recipe for three years before the taproom ever opened. The secret ingredient is Presidential beer in the dough. That crust is made fresh every day. Our pizza crust offers this perfect balance of crispy without being dry.
From there, each pizza is topped with our house sauces. Our main red sauce is a little bit sweet, and packed full of amazing flavor, right down to the little chunks of parmesan cheese. If you want pizza in Portage, or you are coming from Kalamazoo for a pie and a pint, you’ve found it here.
