One of the best parts of going to a local brewery is trying something new. Rotational and seasonal craft beers come in and out to keep our tap list fresh. In the words of the great prophet, Barney Stinson, “New is ALWAYS better.”

We agree. These beers help us to supplement the mainstays on our draft list that we call OUR FAVORITES. Take a look at some of our rotating and seasonal beers. You will find a ton of incredible selections. From traditional styles to crazy unique recipes, you are going to love the beers that help keep our tap list fresh.

Craft Beers in rotation

Our rotational beers are not always on tap. These come and go, offering some fun variety in our draft options. They are not specifically tied to any given season. Sometimes we have them, sometimes we do not. Read further for more details about some of our favorite rotational beers!

Ryesenhower

Our rye IPA is one of our favorite rotational beers. At 7.4% abv, this beer packs a punch! The hops really shine on this one, bringing forth an earthy and floral aroma with the bite you would expect out of a Rye IPA.

Pale to the chief

The primary election chose this recipe to represent our pale ale, Pale To The Chief. Featuring a solid hop profile and a mile ABV in the mid 5% range, this beer is so easy to drink. You should just order two.

The british are coming

This rotational beer is amber in color, light in aggression, and tastes amazing. Our ESB clocks in at 5.3% abv, and you won’t be able to put this glass down once you take a sip!

Achy Breaky Harding

The amber color serves as your warning sign for this one. Our rotational Amber Lager has a mean streak. But At 7% abv, this beer goes down smooth!

Congress Is In

SESSION IPA | 5% abv

This beer is one that you can enjoy again and again. With it’s lighter abv, this one was brewed to deliver maximum flavor without disabling you from ordering another one. The Citra hops really shine on our favorite session beer.

Seasonal Craft Beers

Jimmys peanut farm

Another winner from our Primary Election, Jimmy’s Peanut Farm is a Peanut Butter Porter. At 6.2%, this seasonal beer releases in October. It boasts a big chocolate and peanut butter profile, just in time for the Halloween season!

Thomas Hefferson

This beer is our American take on the popular German Hefeweizen. Light, fluffy, and easy drinking, this beer is just north of 5% abv. The clove and banana flavors provided by the yeast enhance the wheat-heavy malt bill to make one delicious beer!

The buck stops here

President Truman had a sign on his desk that declared “The Buck Stops Here.”

We took this and made the most amazing deer camp beer! This seasonal option releases on Opening Day of Gun season each year, November 15th.
