Sherbert Hoover
Our number one selling craft beer is our Sherbert Hoover. Pictured here is our Raspberry Vanilla in it’s radiant pink form. This delicious drink is appealing both to the lovers of craft beer and also those who aren’t so sure about beer altogether. The mild sour blends with the fruity profiles to build a tasty concoction that lands somewhere between a beer and a cocktail.

Rutherford B. Haze
Our New England IPA is one of the best in the Kalamazoo area! Rutherford B Haze boasts a tasty trio of our favorite hops: Motueka, Mosaic, and El Dorado. Stack this aromatic symphony on top of our smooth American-made malt backbone and you are left with one fine craft beer.
Rutherford B. Haze lives up to it’s name. The stable haze in this beer is made up of our secret ingredient- flavor crystals. The full mouthfeel of this beer makes it very easy to drink. You will find yourself picking this one up AGAIN AND AGAIN.
What’s more, this beer recipe was born out of our very first Primary Election. We pitted three beers against each other, and let our customers choose the best one. This particular beer was designed by local homebrewer, Brian Stephens.

Write-In Ballot
Craft Beer needs the West Coast IPA. Introducing our take on the style, the Write-In Ballot!
One of our favorite things to do is to experiment with different ingredients. The Write-In Ballot gives us the perfect platform to try new hops. Each time we brew this delicious drink, we use the same recipe for the malt, water, and yeast. But we change the hops!
This gives you the opportunity to try a variety of different hops in a way that isolates their unique qualities. We have never repeated a hop in this series, and don’t anticipate running out of new ones to try. Each year, hundreds of new hops are trialed and make their way to the market.
Our West Coast IPA has a moderate level of bitterness. The malty build of this beer includes notes of caramel and biscuit. The dry hop introduces a strong aromatic bouquet that shows off everything that a hop has to offer.
We have brought the West Coast to the Kalamazoo area. The hop that we have featured right now will not be around for long. Don’t miss out, try this beer in Portage today!
